All about the Breath
The fourth principal of
the eight branches of yoga is Pranayama. Pranayama is the art of breath control. In a Yogic point of view, proper breathing brings more
oxygen to the blood and to the brain, and control the vital life energy within
our bodies.
Everyone
knows how to breathe, but few understand
